The business was established in 1985 by Michael Johnstone after a change of career from electrical engineering with the simple aim of providing our customers with a reliable, friendly and hassles free service and the same is true to this day.

Thanks to the wealth of experience and knowledge we have built up in the thirty years since then we are able to repair most makes of pressure washers including.

Karcher - Mac - dirt driver - Alto - Ehrle - Systemwash - etc.

As well as being registered dealers for Ehrle and Systemwash we are also able to produce custom built machines, this means no matter what your requirements are we can supply the best possible machine for the job in hand.

Servicing

Johnstones pressure washers offers scheduled servicing starting from one service per year upwards. Each service schedule is tailored to each individual customer depending on three factors, frequency of use, environment the machine is being used in and the type of machine being used.

Some of the reasons to get your pressure washer serviced are:-

-servicing reduces the risk of breakdowns

-regular servicing will increase the working life of your machine

-health and safety is probably the most important reason to get your machine serviced after all pressure washers work using combination of some or all of the following.

Water - electricity - fuel - chemicals

So it’s no surprise that a faulty pressure washer can be very dangerous especially for the operator.

Breakdowns

We understand that in the event your machine does breakdown you need it up and running ASAP that’s why we aim to arrive on site within one working day of receiving your call. All our engineers are highly experienced and can be relied upon to provide a friendly and helpful service, we carry a large selection of parts allowing us to repair most faults on site, however if it’s not possible to carry out the repair on site we have a fully equipped workshop to carry out more extensive repairs.
